In March 2009, Sarah completed her two year sentence for rescuing an abused puppy from a house (the dog was given a new loving home and remains safe). But instead of being released, Sarah was kept in prison to face charges of "conspiracy to blackmail," relating to the campaign against Huntingdon Life Sciences. Her trial is scheduled to begin in January 2010.
