Early in the morning on May 30, the fire department responded to a hunting tower on fire in the Warendorf district (North Rhine-Westphalia). Damages were estimated at €1500.

On May 26, a hunting tower in the Verden district (Lower Saxony) burned. The cause is unclear.

On May 25, a farmer working in his field near Föhrden-Barl (Schleswig-Holstein) noticed a hunting tower on fire. Before the fire could be extinguished, the tower was completely destroyed. Police believe the fire was intentionally set. Damage was estimated at €2500.
