The Deseret Morning News has reported that The Metropolitan, a restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City, had been vandalized several times during the past few months. Red paint was thrown on the restaurant, the gas main shut off, and on Christmas Eve, a large picture window was shattered. The restaurant recently stopped serving foie gras.
