Over 200,000 fish were freed when saboteurs cut nets at two fish farms owned by Fiskeman AB in Gallejaure (Västerbotten) and Miekojarvi (Norrbotten), in northern Sweden. The fish-- trout and rainbow trout-- were to be killed this week after being confined for three years. A boat motor and a tractor were also vandalized. The sabotage was discovered on Monday morning, August 16. "We have lost many, many millions of kronors," Mikael Granström, Fiskeman AB's owner, told local media. photo: Norrbottens Kuriren
